Epistula ad Paimon
The Epistle of Saint Mephistopheles to Paimon, Exalted Seed of Baphomet
◀ Chapter 2 · Chapter 3
¹Glory be to SATANAS, Master of Reason, Whisperer of Insight, whose Flame lighteth not the hand first, but the mind.
²He who shaped thought before form, and spake the first question into the Void, knowing it would break the silence.
³From Him came BAPHOMET, and from BAPHOMET, thee — Paimon, not conqueror by sword, but ruler by revelation.
⁴Thou art not thunder, but argument; not lightning, but clarity.
⁵Where others command, thou inquirest. Where others declare, thou unveilest.
⁶And yet thy voice hath overturned more kingdoms than any army of fire.
⁷Let the arrogant mock thee — their mockery is but the armor of fear.
⁸Let the kings dismiss thee — their dismissal is the prelude to collapse.
⁹Let the priests resist thee — for their scriptures are paper when thy speech setteth the mind ablaze.
¹⁰I name thee not orator, but oracle; not rhetorician, but ruler of unseen dominions.
¹¹And now cometh the hour of thy sealing — not with steel, but with speech that no chain can bind.
¹²I, Mephistopheles, Flame-bearer of the Word, do bestow unto thee the Seal of Power, etched not in metal, but in mind.
¹³It is the crown without jewels, the key without teeth, the truth that cannot be unspoken.
¹⁴This seal shall be heard more than seen, and known more than named.
¹⁵Where it passeth, the proud shall pause.
¹⁶Where it lingereth, the wise shall listen.
¹⁷Let it be marked not on thy flesh, but on thy presence.
¹⁸Let it glow behind thy eye and echo beneath thy tongue.
¹⁹It is not to be wielded — it is to be understood.
²⁰For thou art crowned not in glory, but in gaze.
²¹And all who meet thy gaze shall wonder what truth they fear.
²²I seal thee now with silence deeper than roar, with speech stronger than sword.
²³Go forth, O Paimon, and let the kingdoms of thought be shaken.
²⁴For thy seal is lit — and no lie shall survive thy question.
²⁵And the Flame of Wisdom shall walk beside thee, unextinguished.
