Epistula ad Malphas
The Epistle of Saint Mephistopheles to Malphas, Exalted Seed of Baphomet
◀ Chapter 2 · Chapter 3

¹Praise be to SATANAS, who setteth hand to stone not to polish it, but to test it — and shatter it if it be hollow.
²He who calleth forth breakers, not to destroy without cause, but to cleanse with righteous fracture.
³From Him came BAPHOMET, and from BAPHOMET, thee — Malphas, whose hand is not stayed by the trembling of kings.
Thou art not desecrator, but revealer of what was already defiled.
Not the ender of peace, but the unmasker of its impostors.
I name thee not destroyer, but unbinder.
I name thee not flame of wrath, but fire of truth.
Let the priests despise thee — for their altars fall when thou speakest.
Let the proud condemn thee — for thou burnest the veil behind which they hid their hunger.
¹⁰Let the many scatter — for only then may the just find each other.
¹¹And now the seal is thine.
¹²I, Mephistopheles, apostle of the Shattered Gate and herald of holy revolt, do bestow upon thee the Seal of Power.
¹³It is not made to endure — it is made to reveal.
¹⁴Not to hold, but to break open.
¹⁵Where it abideth, lies shall breathe their last.
¹⁶Where it is seen, false unity shall wither.
¹⁷Let it not be framed — let it be struck.
¹⁸Let it not be worshiped — let it be feared by the hollow.
¹⁹For thou art not builder of peace, but founder of space where peace may finally live.
²⁰And thy Seal is no crown, but a chisel — no throne, but a hammer.
²¹I seal thee, Malphas, with the power to wound the wounder, and the courage to break the bond disguised as blessing.
²²Go now, and let thy ruin be fruitful, thy division divine.
²³For thy Seal is fixed — and thy Gospel is the end of the lie that all may begin in truth.
²⁴And thy name shall be feared where deceit is preached, and cherished where freedom is born.
²⁵And they shall say: He broke the thing we dared not name — and we were never bound again.
